Manoj Kumar
Manoj Kumar is the founder of Q-Dot Company, a firm specializing in planning, designing, and civil consultancy services. With a strong academic background—B.Tech in Civil Engineering from GITAM University, Bengaluru, and schooling at Venkat International Public School—Manoj combines technical knowledge with real-world expertise.
He began his journey with an internship at Shobha, followed by project work with Mangalore Architecture on a key development in Madikeri. His experience also includes serving as a consultant for former minister Mr. Munirathnam’s temple project in Doddaballapura, where he provided practical design and engineering guidance.
At Q-Dot, Manoj leads with a clear focus on delivering smart, efficient, and reliable solutions for a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects.
